With this little module you can show pictures (avatars) of People that YOU are following on Twitter.
You can set the number of avatars you want to show and how big the pictures should be.
Twitter Friends Module
You can even set caching on or off so the module will not get the people you are following every view.
Your twitter friends will show up in a random order. So by showing 10 friends it does not mean your site visitor will see the same friends every time they visit your site.
And do you know what the best thing is about this Joomla! module ? It will only cost you 1,50 euro (± 2 US dollar) for the download and then you can use it on every site you have.

This module uses your Cache folder to put in a cache file. Make sure your cache folder is writable. (set it to 755)

Hi,
I’d like to know whether it’s possible to do the following with this extension before I purchase it. I would like to show the last 3 people added on twitter (as people to follow). I would then want to have their avatar to be a link to a certain page on my site passing their username. Please next time put a question like this in the forum.
1. The next version will allow you to show the last added people. It will be released soon
2. You link to the joomla forum does not work, its a not existing forum post
3. Do know that all the usernames of the twitter people has to exist on your site. If not the linking page will give a 404 I think.
Your last question is not a standard feature request. I could create it for you if you want. But you’ll pay a bit extra.
