Well today my colleque asked me why I have a link to “yourherbalcare.com” on my site.
I said, “I don’t have link to that site.”. He said, yes you have it’s below your “About the Author Box”, between <noscript> tags.
I went into the sourcecode of my site, and yes there it was. It’s a hack of the developer of this plugin to use your site to promote his own.
Well, the “yourherbal care. com” is offline now but the link remains in your own site if you don’t remove it.
And here’s how you can remove it.
Yeahhhhhh, my first WordPress Plugin “Verify All” can now be found at the WordPress Plugin Directory.
I hope this plugin will be one of many more !
And don’t forget my Joomla! Plugins ! Also be found on this site and hopefully soon in the Joomla! extensions Directory.
The WordPress Plugin Directory works very easy with Turtoise SVN.
If you like to know more about my plugin, and I know you do …
go here Verify All or here WordPress Plugin Directory.
Well as like voor Joomla! I have ported my Google, Bing and Yahoo! verify tool to WordPress.
It works very easy in 5 simple steps:
1. Download the plugin, extract and upload it to your plugins folder on your server.
2. Activate the plugin.
3. Go to Settings, and Verify All.
4. Go to Google Webmaster Tools, Yahoo! SiteExplorer and Bing Webmaster Tools to get your verification/authentication information.
5. Enter the meta value on the Verify All page and Save Changes.

Well, one of the main problems for me to go from joomla! to wordpress were my SEF Urls.
Google (and other search engines) knows or knew all the right (but old Joomla!) urls to my pages and I did not want to lose that.
Of course going from Joomla! to WordPress that would be a problem.
If you are using sh404sef I have part of the sollution for you. Read the rest of this entry »
