Extension Support

The following support options can give you support on the Extension.

Normal Support:

• Type of Support : Will answer questions by Email about the Extension;
• Excluded : will not speed fix bugs / errors or other problems;
• Reaction Time:  within 64 hours on normal workdays.
• Extra free updates : none;
• Cost : Free;

Bronze Support:

• Type of Support : 1 hour online support, 2 weeks of mail support*, installation / configuration extension*;
• Included : will speed fix bugs / errors or other extension problems*, will look for possible extension conflicts*;
• Reaction Time:  within 48 hours on normal workdays.
• Extra free updates : 2;
• Cost: €. 35,=

Silver Support:

• Type of Support : 2 hour online support, 4 weeks of mail support**, installation / configuration extension**;
• Included : will speed fix bugs / errors or other extension problems**, will look for possible extension conflict**s;
• Reaction Time:  within 24 hours on normal workdays.
• Extra free updates : 4;
• Cost: €. 60,=

Gold Support:

• Type of Support : 5 hour online support, 6 weeks of mail support***, installation / configuration extension***;
• Included : will speed fix bugs / errors or other extension problems***, will look for possible extension conflicts***;
• Reaction Time:  within 12 hours on every day of the week.
• Extra free updates : 6;
• Cost: €. 110,=

All Support  can only be given on errors bugs in the core code of the extension. As we have no knowledge of other installed extensions we can not help you with those.

Support is given during 6 PM and 12PM CET. Vacaction or holidays excluded.

Workdays are from monday to friday.
